Stephanie Scaccianoce

Stephanie Scaccianoce is the Director of University Programs at the National Fluid Power Association. She leads a series of nation-wide university-level workforce development initiatives designed to increase the number of emerging engineers with both theoretical and hands-on knowledge in fluid power, support university faculty in curriculum development through grant programs, and ultimately bridge the gap between the classroom and industry careers. In scaling these initiatives to reach more students across the country, Stephanie is focused on inclusive strategies that engage underrepresented communities and organizations that represent diverse student populations.
